Are you feeling overwhelmed and not sure where to access support for your mental health and wellbeing journey? Mental Health and Wellbeing Locals provide free treatment, care and support for adults aged 26 and over.

About Mental Health and Wellbeing Locals

Mental Health and Wellbeing Locals provide free treatment, care and support. You don’t need a referral from your doctor or a Medicare card.

A wide range of supports are available from peer workers, psychologists, allied health professionals and more.

Support is available in a range of ways that’s within reach: walk in, call or someone can come to you.

If you are a family member, carer, friend or supporter of someone with mental health concerns, you can also access support to help you in your caring role, or for your own mental health needs.
