Moving throughout the day and everyday activities count towards your physical activity. Every minute matters. If you aren’t super fit or find exercise difficult, breaking up activity into smaller blocks is a great solution.

The Get Active Victoria app is free to download with no ads. You can access online workouts, discover outdoor activities and resources to help you maintain your physical health. The smartphone app makes recording activity on the go, tracking results or accessing workouts easy.
