It’s easy to use your digital card.

How do I show my digital card?

It’s easy to show your digital card.

  1. Unlock your smartphone and find the Service Victoria app. Tap on the Service Victoria app to open it.

  2. Tap ‘My wallet’ at the bottom of the screen. If you are not already logged into your Service Victoria account, you will be prompted to log in.

  3. Tap ‘Seniors Card or Seniors Business Discount Card’.

  4. Show your digital card to the participating business staff.

Can I take a photo of my physical plastic card or my digital card and show the photo on my phone as proof?

No, a photograph of your card is not acceptable proof. To get the discounts available to cardholders, you’ll need to show your physical plastic card or the digital card in the Service Victoria app.

Can businesses check if my digital card is valid?

A business can check if your digital card is valid by scanning the QR code on your digital card with the Service Victoria app on their phone. The QR code lasts for two minutes. If it expires, tap the QR code to refresh it.

What do I do if I need help with my digital card?

If you need help adding your digital card, please get in touch with Service Victoria.

The team is available to live chat with you through their website from 8am-8pm Monday to Friday. Visit the Service Victoria websiteExternal Link , click on the virtual assistant icon at the bottom of the page and ask to chat to a person.
